The engineer called the ship “unsinkable,” but four days after the Titanic left port, it sank to the bottom of the Atlantic. Because of pride, lifeboats were left behind and warnings were ignored. Disaster followed.
This week we turn to Proverbs 16:18 (“Pride comes before a fall.”) and see a theme that is repeated over and over in Proverbs: pride produces failure. Join us for Everyday Wisdom, and let God’s Spirit help you avoid disaster!
