Word the Wise is a series from the often hilarious and always practical book of Proverbs. This is our first week and we look at the trap of pleasing others. We’ll give examples of what pleasing others looks like in different life stages, and listen to God’s advice from Proverbs 29:25. This is one of those things we all struggle with sometimes, so let’s listen to this word to the wise, and think about inviting a friend who could benefit from God’s wisdom in their life!
